MABS organizes Supervisors’ Forums every six months as an opportunity for participating banks to network and share experiences and receive training and technical assistance on best practices related to effective supervision, loan portfolio quality, client outreach, efficiency, incentive schemes and other developments in the field of microfinance.
Supervisors’ Forums include breakout sessions and group exercises to encourage participants to share the details of their daily operations. During these seminars, bank staff discuss internal practices, including challenges and opportunities for improvement and growth.
This section is a collection of the agendas, presentations and accompanying materials from the Supervisors’ Forums organized by MABS Program from 2003 through 2006.
