Management of Hardcore Delinquent Accounts

Management of Hardcore Delinquent Accounts is a stand-alone course to strengthen the bank’s ability to detect and manage delinquency.

The course reviews the following:

    • Best practices in client selection, key elements of loan administration that, when implemented
      properly, minimize the bank’s exposure
    • Causes of delinquency, warning signs and tactics to adopt to detect and respond to delinquency
      before it escalates
    • Different options to recover delinquent accounts such as loan write-offs, loan restructuring
      and legal options, and the advantages of each
  • Establishing a remedial management unit

Note:
This course is focused on managing delinquent accounts that have already hardened. For an introductory course on delinquency management that includes procedures to prevent and detect delinquency, refer
