Session 1: Preparing the Client’s Non-Farm Cash Flow
Session 2: MAP 60/40 Cash Flow
In the first session, the participants are introduced to the MABS Business (non-farm) Cash flow. This session guides the participants on how to prepare the cash flow and teach them the basic rules in preparing a client’s cash flow. This includes orientation on the step by step procedure in filling the cash flow form as well as teaches participants how to analyze the debt capacity of a loan applicant.
In the second session, the participants are introduced to the MAP 60/40 Cash flow. In this cash flow, income from business and other non-farm sources and income from agriculture are used to determine the amount of loan. This repayment scheme requires that a client regularly pays 60% of the total loan and pays 40% of the loan in lump sum.
