The procedures set forth in this document cover the Text-A-Withdrawal service. For additional details on related services, please refer to the Cash-In and Cash-Out Transactions (TAR/CICO) Policy and Procedures and Text-A- Payment (TAP) Internal Process.

This document covers the Text-A-Withdrawal service utilizing the G-Cash platform including procedures related to how clients register for the service and procedures for bank staff in handling this new service. The service described below is a mere expansion of other mobile banking services utilizing the G-Cash platform (such as Text-A-Remittance or Cash In/Out, Text-A-Payment and Text- A-Deposit) and follows the same security and internal controls for G-Cash related transactions.

Steps in sending G-Cash value from Phone-to-phone (P2P) are also included and will form a guide for bank staff assigned to handle G-Cash cash-in/cash-out services including the related Text-A-Withdrawal service.

All command syntax and menu-driven functions are listed in the detailed procedures found in this document.
