RB2000 is a management information system designed
for microfinance operations of all sizes. MABS organized
a series of conferences to introduce the software to MABS
participation banks and facilitated improvements to the
system to increase accessibility
and usage.
Materials in this section describe how to use the system
and generate specific reports. The materials also serve
as an archive of enhancements made to the system.
MABS developed and introduced the use of small handheld
computers, or personal digital assistants (PDA) for loan
collection. A User’s Guide and Instructional Video are
provided with these materials to assist with implementation.
