Strategic Planning:  Presentations

Where are we now?

In this stage, we are asked to consider our past performance and to anticipate changing trends and future developments.

Where do we want to go?

We are also asked to define (validate) the direction we wanted to go in the short and medium-term. This involves defining (revisiting) our objectives and outcomes, as well as our vision and mission.

How do we get there?

Defining where we wanted to go provided us with the take off point for the next, that of determining how to get there.  In this stage, we need to look at ways to concretize our  general strategies through identification of specific Plans, Activities and Strategies.

How do we measure our progress?

The final stage in the process involved identifying performance indicators and targets, to let us know if the plan is being carried out and if it is achieving the anticipated results.
